Return & Refund Policy

At TrendyHeat, every product is custom-made with care. Because of this, we can only accept returns or exchanges in special cases. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order.


Returns & Exchanges

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving it. Our support team will assist you as quickly as possible. We will replace defective or incorrect items after receiving:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number

Important: Please do not return items to the address on the package without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refunds & Reshipments

We offer refunds or free reshipments in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Poor Quality Item – Product arrives with defects or damage.
  • Wrong Item Received – Incorrect design, product type, or size sent.
  • Order Not Received – Not delivered within 35 days (US) or 60 days (International).

Replacements will follow our normal production timeline (5–7 business days + shipping). Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

We cannot accept refunds or reshipments if:

  • The wrong size was ordered.
  • The shipping address was entered incorrectly.
  • You changed your mind about the product/material.
  • The order was modified after production/shipment.
  • The product was returned without prior approval.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this timeframe, or once production has started, changes are not possible.


Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the time frame (35 days US / 60 days International), please contact us at [email protected]. We will resend or issue a full refund. (Excludes cases where incorrect shipping details were provided.)

Tracking Shows Delivered But Not Received

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, TrendyHeat may resend your order. Refunds are not available for successfully delivered items.

Returned / Lost Orders Due to Wrong Address

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot provide refunds or replacements. If returned to sender, we may resend it after confirming with you, but refunds will not be issued.
